The Talent Opportunities Program (TOP) provides wage subsidies to help Ontario employers hire college and university students for paid work placements. Administered by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, the program covers up to 50% of student wages, to a maximum of $5,000 per placement, for eligible summer and fall work terms. Eligible applicants include Ontario employers hiring post-secondary students for new work-integrated learning opportunities. Funding is currently open for both the Summer 2026 (May - August) and Fall 2026 (September - December) terms.
