Talent Opportunities Program (SWPP)

About

The Talent Opportunities Program (TOP), managed by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, supports employers in hiring college and university students for work placements. The program offers financial incentives by covering 50% of wages (up to $5,000) for each new placement. For students from under-represented groups, the coverage increases to 70% of wages, up to a maximum of $7,000 per placement. Please note that applications are currently only being accepted for the Winter 2026 term (January - April 2026).
