About

The Talent Opportunities Program (TOP), delivered by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce, provides wage subsidies to Canadian employers hiring college and university students on work-integrated learning placements related to their field of study. The program covers up to 50% of student wages, to a maximum of $5,000 per placement. Registered Canadian businesses and not-for-profits in any sector are eligible. Applications are open for the Fall 2026 (September-December) and Winter 2027 (January-March) terms.
