This program offers a wage subsidy to Canadian businesses and non-profit organizations that provide film or digital media-focused work placements for students, lasting up to 12 weeks. It covers 50% of wages, to a maximum of $4,800, for each new placement. The initiative is part of the Government of Canada's Student Work Placement Program (SWPP). To be eligible, organizations must be members of the Canadian Media Producers Association (CMPA).
