This program provides wage subsidies to employers in Canada's manufacturing sector to support pre-apprenticeship training for youth aged 15-29. Employers receive up to 50% of wages, to a maximum of $5,000, for training periods of 8 weeks or more. The program supports hands-on and e-learning in mechanical, electrical, and machining trades to build a skilled workforce.
