This program provides refundable tax credits to employers who hire apprentices registered in apprenticeship programs administered by SkilledTradesBC. The credit is calculated based on eligible wages and salaries paid to apprentices during the qualifying period. Employers may qualify for one of three credit types: the Basic Credit, Completion Credit, or Enhanced Credit, which support workforce training and skilled trades development across British Columbia.
