This program supports organizations that provide career-related work experiences for university and college co-op students in Nova Scotia. It offers a financial incentive to employers for 12-16 week work terms, with a required minimum wage of $18 per hour. Eligible students from underrepresented groups may qualify for an additional 10% wage subsidy.
