The Impulsion Fund provides financial support to help Québec's innovative companies with high growth potential to access early-stage investment capital. Businesses must be referred by one of Investissement Québec's partners. Initial investment is between $250 000 and $2 million, but further investment may be allowed. Businesses offering services to individuals are not eligible.
