About

This program provides financial incentives to employers who create new Work Integrated Learning (WIL) opportunities for students in the electricity industry. With these incentives, employers can offer more WIL opportunities, building their talent pool and strengthening the industry's workforce. The standard subsidy reimbursement is 50% of a students gross paystubs, up to a maximum of $5,000 per placement. Subsidy reimbursements can reach 70% of a students gross paystubs, up to a maximum of $7,000 per placement for students who meet specific eligibility criteria.
