About

This program enables employers in Canada's aviation and aerospace industry to connect with college and university students through paid work terms. Participating employers must be involved in the aviation and aerospace sector, either directly as an aviation or aerospace organization or indirectly as a supplier of goods and services to the industry. The program covers 50% of student wages, up to a maximum of $5,000 per new placement, and 70% of wages, up to a maximum of $7,000 per new placement, for students from under-represented groups.
